About B2BMA
The B2B Marketing Association (B2BMA) is a growing community of B2B marketing leaders, practitioners, and innovators focused on shaping the future of B2B marketing through conversations, events, networking, and knowledge sharing.
We are looking for a proactive and highly organised individual who can help manage day-to-day association workflows, engage with members, coordinate communication, and support social media and community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Community & Member Management
• Act as the first point of contact for B2BMA members and external queries
• Respond to member communication via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Build and maintain strong relationships with association members
• Coordinate follow-ups, meeting schedules, and member engagement activities
• Support onboarding and communication with new members and partners
Operations & Workflow Coordination
• Manage daily operational workflows of the association
• Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, partners, and vendors
• Track ongoing projects, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain organized databases, documents, and communication records
• Assist in planning and execution of webinars, podcasts, roundtables, and events
Social Media & Content Support
• Manage and update B2BMA’s social media platforms regularly
• Publish posts, event updates, speaker announcements, and engagement content
• Coordinate with design/content teams for marketing assets
• Monitor engagement and help grow the online community presence
• Stay updated on B2B marketing trends and industry conversations
Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in community management, operations, marketing coordination, or social media management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with good multitasking abilities
• Comfortable interacting with senior professionals and industry leaders
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and social media platforms
• Basic understanding of B2B marketing is a plus
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred Skills
• Experience with event coordination or community led organisations
• Knowledge of tools like Google Workspace, Excel, Word, Canva and any other AI tools
• Ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks efficiently
