Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in Kolkata. The Associate will be responsible for handling legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing case files, and representing clients in legal matters. The role requires close collaboration with team members and clients to ensure accurate and efficient legal solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Legal Research, Case Law Analysis, and Legal Drafting
- Proficiency in Document Review, Contract Drafting, and Legal Documentation
- Strong Communication and Argumentation Skills, including client-facing communication
- Time Management, Organizational Skills, and the ability to handle multiple cases or tasks
- Understanding of Litigation Processes, Contract Law, and Regulatory Compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); professional Legal credentials are an advantage
- Experience with corporate or boutique law firms is a plus
- Strong ethics, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under deadlines
