Role Description The Associate role at Chalet Hotels Limited is a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division lonavala. The Associate will support daily hotel operations, including coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth guest services, maintaining documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks. Responsibilities may include handling guest queries, supporting front office or back-of-house teams, preparing basic reports, and helping implement operational policies and standards. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues and management to uphold brand guidelines, service quality, and safety and sustainability practices at the property.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage guest interactions professionally.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple operational tasks efficiently.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with internal teams and guests.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,
- PowerPoint) and ability to work with hotel systems or property management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in a dynamic hospitality environment, including flexible hours as required.
- Demonstrated teamwork, problem-solving skills, and a professional, service-focused work ethic.
- Total experience in Hotel Industry is 21 years
- HSC in 1996
- Wire Man Licence --2005
