Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Associate role located in Patna. The Associate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational activities, executing project deliverables, coordinating with teams, and ensuring efficient workflows. Key tasks include data analysis, process optimization, and collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines and organizational objectives. The role requires working closely with leadership to contribute to business outcomes and ensure operational excellence.

- Experience with cross-functional team management and project implementation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; relevant experience in domain expertise is an asset
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks for digital workflows is a plus
