Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Associate role requiring the candidate to work from the company's Mumbai office, with the flexibility of some remote work. Responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional teams, assisting with the development and implementation of strategies, managing data and reports, and supporting operational projects. The Associate will also be responsible for contributing to process improvements and liaising with stakeholders to support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in data handling, analysis, and reporting with attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to develop and implement effective strategies and processes
- Proficient in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
- Adaptability to hybrid work environments and willingness to work both remotely and on-site
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to support operational improvements
- Experience in project coordination and an understanding of business operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools is a plus
