Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Gurugram. The Associate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, assisting in project coordination, preparing reports, and maintaining communication across teams. The role includes collaborating on tasks, ensuring process efficiency, and contributing to organizational goals through administrative and operational support.
Qualifications
- Ability to execute operational tasks, multitask effectively, and manage project-related responsibilities
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working across teams
- Proficiency in using office software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail and an ability to follow processes accurately
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or related work experience is preferred
