Role Description
The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Kozhikode. The Associate will engage in day-to-day activities such as supporting accounting and financial tasks, assisting in compiling financial statements, and adhering to compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Additional responsibilities include participating in financial and risk assessments, performance monitoring, and assisting in business valuation and Merger & Acquisition processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining accurate records will be critical to this role’s success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in accounting processes, financial reporting, and bookkeeping
- Strong analytical skills in risk assessment, cash flow analysis, performance review, and business valuation
- Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and compliance regulations
- Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and a strong ability to manage and organize data
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with Merger & Acquisition processes is an added advantage
