Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role located in Hyderabad. The Associate will be responsible for actively engaging with customers via calls, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, providing on-boarding assistance, and offering upselling or cross-selling opportunities. The role also involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, meeting performance metrics, and collaborating with team members to optimize client support services.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism.
- Proficiency in customer care, complaint management, and customer retention techniques.
- Experience in lead generation, telesales, upselling, and cross-selling is desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer skills for managing customer data and tracking metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced workplace.
- Prior experience in a BPO or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational qualification is a plus.
