Role Description The Associate role at Advocate is a full-time position based in Kanpur, operating in a hybrid model that combines on-site work with some flexibility to work from home. The Associate will support day-to-day operations by handling client interactions, preparing and maintaining documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and assisting in the execution of ongoing projects and tasks. Responsibilities include collecting and organizing information, tracking deadlines, providing status updates, and ensuring accurate records in relevant systems or tools. The Associate will also help identify process improvements, support reporting and analysis as needed, and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment. This role involves regular communication with colleagues and clients, requiring professionalism, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
