🎯 Experience: 1–3+ Years
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS/CRM.
- Build strong talent pipelines while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
Required Skills
✔ Experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
✔ Strong sourcing and screening skills
✔ Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search techniques
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements
