Role Description
The Associate Art Director will be responsible for leading creative efforts across branding initiatives, providing art direction and execution, and overseeing the production of visual assets. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the Creative Director, conceptualizing, and executing creative projects, ensuring high-quality visuals align with brand goals, and maintaining design consistency. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Creative Direction, Art Direction, and Branding
- Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design techniques and tools
- Strong communication skills to articulate design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to translate complex ideas into compelling and cohesive visual outputs
- Experience in marketing, advertising, and digital asset creation is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of creative projects and outcomes
