- 8+ years of solid experience in End User Computing technologies.
- Design and architect end-to-end EUC solutions involving SCCM, Intune, Autopilot, and hybrid endpoint management.
- Drive modernization initiatives such as cloud-first device management, co-management, and zero-touch deployment
- Deep hands-on expertise with:
- Microsoft SCCM / MECM Primary skill
- From scratch installation of SCCM on greenfield environment
- SCCM upgrade, WUS, DP and MP configuration
- Detailed understanding on SCCM Site roles, Security baseline creation
- Task Sequence creation, Software deployment, Patching and Vulnerability Remediation
- Complete SCCM Administration
- Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM/UEM)
- Application Packaging (MSI/MSIX/PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 OS, patching, imaging, and deployment frameworks.
- Moderate experience with cross skills services such as
- Active Directory OU structure, group policies, identity troubleshooting
- Microsoft 365 licensing, Teams, OneDrive Basic understanding
- Security endpoint protection, vulnerability remediation, policy enforcement
- ITSM Support incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Conduct RCA for critical EUC issues and implement preventive measures
- Strong troubleshooting skills using logs, tools, and diagnostics utilities.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments (5,000+ endpoints).
