Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect
Years of Experience: 8-10 Years
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IAM Architect to design and implement comprehensive Identity and Access Management solutions across diverse enterprise environments, including cloud and hybrid setups. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting secure configurations, lifecycle management, and access controls, as well as a strong understanding of IAM policies and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and design IAM solutions that ensure secure configurations, effective lifecycle management, and robust access controls.
- Define and implement IAM policies, standards, and best practices to enhance security posture across the organization.
- Lead the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and centralized access controls.
- Drive the adoption of security awareness programs to educate employees on IAM best practices.
- Resolve complex IAM issues and incidents, providing expert guidance and support.
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments to identify identity-related threats and vulnerabilities.
- Design and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IAM solutions within existing systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to IAM.
Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience in Identity Management, specifically in Lifecycle Management (LCM) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Strong understanding of IAM policies, standards, and best practices.
- Experience with implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
- Ability to perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud IAM solutions and hybrid environments.
- Experience with security awareness training programs.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements related to IAM.
- Certifications in IAM or related fields (e.g., CISSP, CISM, etc.) are a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
