We are looking for an experienced Associate Architect to lead the design and execution of large-scale architectural projects, preferably within the Real Estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design and development for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
- Manage projects from concept development through completion.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams.
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
- Lead and mentor architects and design teams.
- Manage project timelines, design quality, and coordination.
- Participate in client presentations, design reviews, and strategic planning.
- Drive design improvements and implement architectural best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 15+ years of professional architectural experience.
- Real Estate project experience preferred.
- Strong expertise in architectural design, project management, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related design software.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
