Job Description
This role supports the day-to-day administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, including Eptura’s external user experience. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the role focuses on resolving user issues, assisting with system enhancements, and supporting the delivery of scalable, well-governed solutions across Salesforce and related platforms.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration and configuration of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues through the JIRA ticketing system
- Assist in configuring, testing, and deploying Salesforce enhancements aligned to business requirements
- Support the build and testing of Agentforce agents in line with approved scope and governance standards
- Contribute to configuration and testing of B2B eCommerce experiences in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Participate in process flow analysis and business process design activities
- Work within an agile sprint framework to deliver ongoing enhancements
- Provide input into effort estimates for assigned tasks
- Support users in building reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with internal development teams and business stakeholders
About You
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience
- Salesforce Administrator or Advanced Administrator certification required
- Preferred: Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud certification
- Experience with Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud
- Ability to build and manage workflows, validation rules, and process flows
- Experience configuring page layouts, objects, and fields
- Knowledge of user access management (roles, profiles, rules, and users)
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into solutions
- Experience creating process and policy documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
