Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Associate Analyst - Contracts & Procurement in US Operations. The Contracts & Procurement Analyst will assist with operational tasks associated with maintenance and facilities at both the site and corporate level. This will involve tracking deliverables and analytics under time sensitive deadlines.
General Duties
· Coordinate with Contracts Specialist and Director of Systems and Training to confirm projects, deadlines and priorities.
· Generate and review contracts for accuracy and completion.
· Review, upload, and maintain vendor contracts and Certificates of Insurance in Property Management Software for tracking and accountability.
· Setup new vendors and maintain vendor profiles.
· Review and edit scopes as needed to ensure accurate bidding for services.
· Review vendor information, including scopes, manuals, and warranty information for tracking and accountability.
Qualifications:
· Ability to complete work according to deadlines.
· Attention to detail.
· Knowledge of Entrata or similar property management software preferred.
· Strong written communication skills, specifically spelling and grammar.
· Ability to work independently with little to no supervision and remain motivated to meet deadlines.
Software Skills:
Intermediate: Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Planner, Teams, and others as needed.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Freshers preferred.
