Your Role
You will manage and maintain multiple enterprise cybersecurity technology platforms to ensure consistent protection across workstations, servers, cloud workloads, networks, etc. You will support policy administration, agent lifecycle operations and platform health across the environment.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience supporting cybersecurity or IT infrastructure platforms.
- Basic understanding of endpoint, network and cloud security controls.
- Experience with security policy configuration and administration.
- Familiarity with deploying, upgrading, and maintaining security sensor/agents.
- Knowledge of platform lifecycle activities such as onboarding, patching, and decommissioning.
- Ability to troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and configuration issues.
- Experience working with asset inventories and enterprise device management processes.
- Strong documentation and operational discipline (runbooks, change records, SOPs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple security control platforms in large-scale environment.
- Exposure to endpoint management, configuration management, or systems administration.
- Familiarity with cloud workload security concepts and distributed environments.
- Understanding of change management and release processes in enterprise IT.
- Experience with automation or scripting for operational tasks (Python, PowerShell, etc.)
- Knowledge of security best practices and hardening standards.
- Relevant certifications (Security+, cloud or vendor neutral security certifications).
