Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Associate Analyst. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and reporting tools. Experience in Power BI and ERP systems will be considered an added advantage. Strong English communication skills are mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and data analysis reports.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Excel.
- Work closely with client to understand reporting requirements.
- Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
- Create visual dashboards and reports using Power BI (preferred).
- Coordinate with ERP systems for data management and reporting activities.
- Support management with business insights and performance tracking.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Dashboards, etc.).
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills (Mandatory).
- Ability to handle data efficiently and prepare reports independently.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Experience working on ERP systems.
- Basic understanding of business reporting and automation (Supply Chain Management).
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
