Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Agency Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Associate Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents, driving the achievement of business targets, and guiding agents in acquiring customers. Responsibilities also involve training the team, monitoring agent performance, developing business strategies, and fostering relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team management, recruitment, and performance tracking
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience or knowledge in insurance and sales processes
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet business targets
- Familiarity with general insurance products and customer relationship management
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
