Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Agency Development Manager located in South Goa. The role involves identifying and recruiting potential insurance agents, providing training and mentoring to realize their maximum potential, and supporting their business activities to meet sales objectives. The Associate Agency Development Manager will also monitor the agency network's performance and build strong relationships with agents to ensure sustained business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment, training, and mentoring new agents.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships within the agency network.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry or sales ecosystem.
- Ability to meet sales targets and achieve business goals.
- Proven analytical and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in agency development or team management is a strong advantage.
