## **Required Junior Advocate Urgently**
**Navin Arora & Co** is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Advocate** to join our dynamic legal team.
### 🏢 About the Firm:
We are a reputed law firm handling a diverse range of legal matters, including:
- Civil & Criminal Litigation
- Company Law/ IBC matter

### 👤 Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university (3-year or 5-year course)
- Enrollment with the State Bar Council
- Strong research, drafting, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Advocate having 2 years plus experience and Freshers may apply; prior internship/experience in litigation is a plus
- Please note that vacancy is only in Mumbai office and therefore candidates from Mumbai shall only apply
### 📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting senior advocates in case preparation, research, and documentation
- Drafting pleadings, notices, agreements, and legal opinions
- Representing clients in lower courts/tribunals under supervision
- Maintaining case files and ensuring timely filings
- Client coordination and legal advisory support
