 About the Role


We are looking to hire a Corporate Lawyer with 1–2 years of law‑firm experience to join our corporate and transactional practice. The role involves advising clients on company law matters, regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, and assisting on M&A and acquisition deals.

The ideal candidate should be analytically strong, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working on transaction documents and regulatory frameworks.


Key Responsibilities


  • Handling matters under Company Law, including compliance with the Companies Act, 2013
  • Advising on and interpreting SEBI regulations, including ICDR, LODR, Takeover Regulations, etc.
  • Assisting in matters relating to FEMA and RBI regulations, including inbound and outbound investments
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Shareholders’ Agreements, Share Subscription Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and related transaction documents
  • Assisting in Mergers & Acquisitions, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring transactions
  • Conducting legal due diligence for corporate and M&A transactions
  • Coordinating with clients, internal teams, and regulatory authorities as required
  • Legal research and preparation of opinions and advisory notes


Desired Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of post‑qualification experience with a reputed law firm
  • Strong working knowledge of:
  • Company Law
  • SEBI laws and regulations
  • FEMA and allied RBI guidelines
  • Prior experience in:
  • Drafting shareholders’ agreements and transaction documents
  • Working on acquisition and M&A deals
  • Good drafting, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
