Responsibilities
- Advising clients on entity structuring, business setup, and restructuring across India and overseas markets.
- Supporting M&A, fund-raise, and transaction advisory assignments including due diligence activities.
- Providing tax structuring solutions for mergers, share transfers, property transactions, and promoter/investor exits.
- Conducting regulatory research, compliance reviews, and valuation-related assignments.
- Assisting in restructuring family businesses and setting up family trusts based on client requirements.
- Interpreting and applying provisions related to Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, GST, and other business laws.
- Working closely with clients to deliver practical, business-oriented advisory and consulting solutions.
- Managing end-to-end execution of advisory assignments while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
Qualifications
• CAs from consulting divisions of other firms looking for growth opportunities are preferred
• Service-oriented, go-getter mindset with a solution-seeking approach Statutory Knowledge Required

• Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)
• Goods and Services Tax (GST)
