Role Overview SpanIdea Systems is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Associate Account Manager to join our Business Development and Account Management team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our key clients within the high-tech engineering sectors. You will be responsible for nurturing long-term relationships, identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our engineering services.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Mining: Manage a portfolio of established accounts, consistently identifying "white space" opportunities to expand SpanIdea’s service footprint.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, conducting regular check-ins and Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Industry Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the Semiconductor and Embedded ecosystems to align our engineering capabilities with client pain points.
Sales Operations: Assist in the preparation of tailored proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and commercial bids.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Delivery and Technical teams to ensure projects are meeting client expectations and timelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Account Management or Business Development within the IT/Engineering Services industry.
Domain Knowledge: Hands-on experience supporting or managing accounts in at least two of the following: Semiconductor, Embedded Systems, Telecom, or Automotive.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be able to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical leads and executive stakeholders.
Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze account data, track revenue growth, and forecast future business.
Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, negotiation skills, and a "client-first" mindset.
Education: BE/B.Tech or MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred but candidates having relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
