Key Responsibilities:
● Own and manage revenue targets for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent growth and profitability.
● Drive account expansion through upsell, cross-sell, and proactive identification of new business opportunities within existing and new clients.
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing end-to-end client servicing and maintaining a regular communication cadence.
● Coordinate closely with internal cross-functional teams (strategy, media, creative, tech, analytics, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
● Provide strategic direction to teams, translating business objectives into actionable plans.
● Be hands-on in execution, including:
● Ownership of reports and performance reviews
● Monitoring campaign effectiveness and outcomes
● Guiding teams on optimization and next steps
● Identify growth opportunities aligned with client business goals, even though this is not a pure business development role
● Ensure high standards of delivery, client satisfaction, and long-term relationship building.

● Strongly number-driven, with proven experience in managing revenue and performance metrics.
● Confident communicator with a clear, structured, and persuasive communication style.
● Demonstrated ability to lead and guide teams effectively.
● Business-oriented mindset with the ability to spot and capitalize on growth opportunities.
● Growth mindset with experience in driving account growth through strategic initiatives.
● Fair understanding of all key digital services (media, performance marketing, content, analytics, etc.); deep expertise in one area is a plus but not mandatory.
● Comfortable balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement in execution.
