Job Title: Associate – US Personal Injury (LPO)
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Model)
Experience: 2 – 6 Years
Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)
About The Contract Consultants (TCC):
The Contract Consultants (TCC) is a boutique law firm with a strong focus on commercial contracting, dispute resolution, and global legal support services. We work closely with international clients, including US-based law firms, delivering high-quality legal process outsourcing (LPO) services across domains.
Role Overview:
We are looking to onboard a skilled and detail-oriented legal professional with experience or strong exposure to US Personal Injury matters. The role will involve working closely with US law firms on litigation support, drafting, and case management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drafting complaints, demand letters, and legal notices for personal injury matters
• Assisting in discovery processes, including drafting interrogatories, requests for production, and responses
• Reviewing and summarizing medical records, police reports, and accident reports
• Preparing case summaries, chronologies, and liability assessments
• Supporting attorneys with litigation strategy and documentation
• Handling client communication support (as required)
• Conducting legal research on personal injury laws across US jurisdictions
• Managing documentation and ensuring proper case file organization and tracking
Eligibility & Skills Required:
• 2–6 years of experience in legal drafting / litigation support / LPO work
• Prior exposure to US Personal Injury law (highly preferred)
• Strong understanding of civil litigation processes (US preferred)
• Excellent drafting and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze medical and factual records with attention to detail
• Familiarity with tools such as Clio, Filevine, or similar case management systems (preferred but not mandatory)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
