Role Description
The Associate – US Accounting role is a full-time, on-site position located in Indore. The Associate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, recording journal entries, ensuring accurate financial data, and leveraging accounting software to carry out daily accounting tasks. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial information, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting various finance-related activities to assist in decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Financial Statements and expertise in Journal Entries (Accounting)
- Proficient Analytical Skills for accurate financial analysis and reporting
- Experience with Accounting Software and tools used in managing financial workflows
- Background in Finance and Accounting with a clear grasp of industry standards and principles
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant academic qualification such as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in US-based accounting or offshore accounting roles is a plus
