About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and communicative fresher to join our Operations team as a Program Coordination Trainee. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone eager to build a strong foundation in EdTech operations and program management.
The role is primarily focused on client communication and coordination — you will be the connective tissue between our internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring that follow-ups are timely, communications are professional, and nothing falls through the cracks. If you are organized, articulate, and take ownership seriously, this role is a great launchpad.
Key Responsibilities
Client Communication & Follow-ups
- Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day communications with clients, institutions, and program stakeholders.
- Manage follow-up schedules proactively — track pending responses, escalate delays, and ensure no communication falls through the cracks.
- Draft and send professional written communications including emails, reminders, and status updates on behalf of the program team.
- Maintain clear records of all client interactions and correspondence.
- Use Claude to draft professional client communications, summarise meeting notes and action items, and prepare program status updates and MIS reports." Add under Client Communication & Follow-ups
Program Coordination Support
- Partner with the Program Manager to schedule sessions, coordinate logistics, and manage program calendars
- Own on-ground coordination during program delivery — attendance, materials, setup, and vendor liaison
- Update and maintain program trackers, reports, and documentation using Excel and Google Workspace.
- Flag issues, risks, or delays proactively to the Program Manager.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage directly with students, faculty, trainers, and internal teams on a regular basis
- Attend program meetings, capture notes, and track action items through to completion.
- Contribute to preparing presentations, MIS reports, and operational summaries as needed
What We're Looking For
- Communication First: Strong verbal and written communication skills — you can articulate clearly, follow up confidently, and represent iamneo professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Follow-Through: A proactive approach to follow-ups — you don't wait to be reminded; you track, nudge, and close loops on your own.
- Tech Comfort: Working proficiency with digital tools — MS Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, email, and video conferencing platforms
- Organized Mindset: Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple tasks, maintain records accurately, and keep communications structured.
- Team Spirit: A collaborative, positive attitude — you enjoy working with people, take feedback well, and are eager to learn on the job.
- Location: Must be based in Gujarat and available for full on-site commitment at the designated program location.
Qualifications & Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline — Business Administration, Communications, Arts, or related fields preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers and recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship experience in coordination, administration, or client-facing roles is a plus — but not required.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) are essential.
- Must be based in Gujarat and willing to commute daily to the assigned campus location.
