Are you passionate about startups, innovation, and building India's semiconductor ecosystem?
The Semiconductor Future Accelerator Lab (SFAL) Foundation is looking for a dynamic Associate – Startup Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of semiconductors, deep-tech startups, innovation, industry partnerships, and government initiatives. You'll collaborate with founders, investors, academia, industry leaders, and policymakers while contributing to the growth of India's semiconductor ecosystem.
What you'll do:
✅ Manage startup incubation and accelerator programs
✅ Engage with startups, industry partners, investors, and government stakeholders
✅ Coordinate strategic partnerships and ecosystem initiatives
✅ Conduct market research and prepare reports, proposals, and presentations
✅ Support high-impact events, workshops, Demo Days, and industry engagements
We're looking for:
- 3–4 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in startup ecosystems, incubation, innovation programs, consulting, or project management
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
📍 Location: Bengaluru
💼 Position: Full-Time
💰 CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA
