We are working with a globally recognised private investment firm with a strong track record across Asia and internationally. The firm operates a highly institutionalised platform with clear team structures and exposure to high-quality transactions across sectors.
They are seeking an Associate to join their Mumbai office, focusing on generalist investment opportunities and supporting the full deal lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain complex financial models for investment evaluation and execution.
- Conduct commercial and financial due diligence on potential investments.
- Support deal execution, including transaction structuring and coordination with advisors.
- Perform market research and sector analysis across diverse industries.
- Assist in monitoring portfolio companies and driving value creation.
Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of experience in investment banking or private equity.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities are essential.
- Generalist background required; candidates with infrastructure or energy-only experience will not be considered.
- International education (US/UK preferred) and experience working in a major financial hub strongly preferred.
- Outstanding academic credentials.
