Role, requirements and capabilities
We are looking for a Partnerships Lead to support ZIGRAM’s international distribution strategy by identifying, building, coordinating, and managing partners across markets.
❑ Work with the CEO, Director CSG and Lead MSG, to identify relevant global partners across referral, sales, implementation, support, technology, and ecosystem channels
❑ Support partner outreach, qualification, onboarding, enablement, and relationship management
❑ Coordinate with partners to drive new opportunities, account introductions, meetings, and pipeline creation
❑ Maintain partner trackers, CRM records, account maps, meeting notes, and follow-up actions
❑ Help partners understand ZIGRAM’s AML, FCC, RegTech, and Risk Application Ecosystem offerings
❑ Coordinate internally with Sales, Product, Customer Solutions, Marketing, and Support teams to help partners move opportunities forward
❑ Track partner performance, deal progress, activation status, and business contribution
Candidate Background
❑ 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, alliances, channel sales, business development, or partner coordination
❑ Experience in B2B SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, compliance, risk, data, enterprise technology, or financial services preferred
❑ Strong ability to identify, engage, and follow up with external partners across different markets and time zones
❑ Good understanding of sales pipeline management, partner-led business development, and CRM discipline
❑ Ability to coordinate with senior internal stakeholders and external partner teams with ownership and maturity
❑ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including email writing, meeting coordination, presentations, and follow-ups
❑ Comfortable working in a fast-moving growth environment with international business objectives
❑ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant business qualification preferred, but not mandatory
