📢 We're Hiring | Associate – Outbound Voice with Sales process, Lead Generation, Activation & Retention.
Client: IDFC FIRST Bank (On-roll with HGS for 1 year; opportunity to transition to the IDFC FIRST Bank payroll based on performance)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Location: Thane West & Juinagar, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹16,000–₹18,000 (Freshers) | Up to ₹25,000 (BPO/Tele-sales) | Up to ₹30,000 (Insurance Sales – Thane) + Performance Incentives.
What You'll Be Doing
• Generate leads through outbound calling
• Promote banking products such as Credit Cards, Loans & Insurance
• Drive customer activation and retention
• Resolve customer queries with a consultative approach
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve business goals
Who Can Apply?
- Graduate (Any Stream)
- Good English communication skills
- Freshers or candidates with 6+ months of experience in BPO, Telesales or Customer Service
