Role Description
The Associate – International Voice Process role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The associate will interact directly with international clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service. Responsibilities include handling customer queries, maintaining accurate records, adhering to company protocols, and fostering strong client relationships. Associates are expected to maintain high levels of professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including fluency in English and the ability to articulate clearly
- Proficiency in customer service handling, listening to client concerns, and providing solutions
- Ability to work during flexible or rotational shifts to meet international client requirements
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with customer service tools and CRM software
- Team collaboration skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience in international voice processes or BPO environments is a plus
- Graduate degree in any discipline; additional certifications in communication or customer service are an advantage
