Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Architect – Bathroom Design. The individual will be responsible for delivering end-to-end bathroom design solutions for customers in alignment with brand standards, functionality requirements, and space optimization principles.
The role involves conceptualisation, layout planning, 3D visualisation, product integration, and coordination with sales, dealers, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using AI-enabled design tools and modern visualisation platforms to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Planning
- Develop detailed bathroom layouts based on customer requirements and site dimensions.
- Create 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for client presentations.
- Recommend appropriate bathware products aligned with aesthetic and functional requirements.
- Ensure compliance with plumbing feasibility and installation practicality.
- Visualization & AI Tools
- Utilize AI-powered design tools to improve layout efficiency and presentation quality.
- Generate high-quality renders, walkthroughs, and product simulations.
- Optimize material selection and design alternatives using digital workflows.
- Client & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with sales teams and dealers to understand project scope.
- Assist customers in finalizing product combinations and finishes.
- Coordinate with operations for accurate product mapping and order alignment.
- Support showroom and catalog-based design presentations.
Execution & Documentation
- Prepare BOQs and technical drawings where required.
- Maintain documentation of revisions, approvals, and final layouts.
- Ensure designs align with project timelines and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Interior Design.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in bathroom design, interior design, or space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software.
- Familiarity with AI-based design and visualization tools is preferred.
- Strong presentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic judgment and practical problem-solving ability.
