π Location: Ahmedabad
πΌ Experience Required: 3β6 Years / Salary - Upto 10 LPA
π Qualification: Bachelorβs Degree (Any discipline)
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the Chairman in managing daily schedules, coordination, travel arrangements, and communication with senior stakeholders.
π Key Responsibilities:

Manage Chairmanβs calendar, meetings, appointments & daily schedule
β
Coordinate internal & external meetings, logistics, and follow-ups
β
Handle correspondence, documentation, and confidential records
β
Manage domestic & international travel bookings (flights, hotels, visas, itinerary)
β
Liaise with senior stakeholders, partners, clients, and external associates
β
Track communication and ensure timely follow-ups on action points
π― Desired Skills:
β Excellent verbal & written communication in English
β Strong multitasking, time-management & coordination skills
β Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
β Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
β Prior experience supporting senior leadership is preferred
