Bhargava Building Atelier Pvt. Ltd. (BBAPL) is a multidisciplinary construction and engineering firm with decades of experience across PMC, testing & inspection, construction execution, and turnkey projects. As we expand our footprint, we are looking for a driven professional to join our growth team.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Business Development with a civil engineering background who can combine technical understanding with client engagement to support BBAPL’s business expansion across private and institutional projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in civil and construction projects
- Lead generation and client outreach through LinkedIn, emails, and professional networks
- Understand client requirements and align BBAPL’s services accordingly
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for proposals, BOQs, and presentations
- Manage follow-ups, lead tracking, and reporting
- Support negotiations and assist in deal closures
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client handling in the civil/construction domain
- Strong understanding of construction processes and engineering services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Result-oriented and well-organized approach
Good to Have
- Experience in PMC, testing & inspection, real estate, or infrastructure projects
- Proposal preparation and client onboarding experience
