Part-Time Maintenance Technician
Premiere association Management Company is looking for a dependable person to perform maintenance duties. Primarily, this position is outside, year-round, through all elements of weather.
This is a full-time position with the following seasonal scheduling:
- Summer Season:
- 1 or 2 weeks before Memorial Day (depending on occupancy) to 1 week before/after Labor day:
- Saturday - Wednesday: 2:30PM - 11:00PM
- Off: Thursday and Friday
- Off Season:
- Winter Schedule runts from 1 or 2 weeks before/after Labor Day
- Monday - Friday: 5:30AM - 2:00PM
Daily job duties and responsibilities:
- Custodial duties
- Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, taking out the trash, cleaning bathrooms, etc.
- Maintenance
- Painting
- Light Drywall Patches
- Basic Carpentry Skills
- Other duties as assigned by manager
