Minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in facilities, assets, community associations, municipalities, commercial properties, construction, or capital projects; working knowledge of building systems, roads, stormwater, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, irrigation, roofing, landscaping, construction methods, preventive maintenance, capital planning; Microsoft Office proficiency; CMMS/asset management experience desirable; bachelor's degree in construction or operations management preferred.
