Job Overview
The Associate Product Manager is responsible for acting as the “Voice of the Customer” during all stages and types of the Labs department initiatives, to include researching and analyzing data, defining requirements, prioritization of features, and improvements.

Responsibilities
- Acts as an advocate for the Talent Acquisition market and internal stakeholders as it relates to market opportunities and portfolio initiatives
- Defines the product backlog for the assigned product(s) and presents business justification for prioritization of backlog items
- Align product backlog to the goals of the portfolio, outlined by the Portfolio Director and\or Senior Product managers.
- Consult with Portfolio Director and chip into pricing, positioning, business plans and go-to-market strategies
- Liaise with engineering and clearly validate market problems and opportunities for the designated product
- Perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to conducting competitive analysis, defining positioning statements, market requirements, product or module critical metrics, expected time to market and minimum viable product
- Enablement for customer facing teams and broader org readiness. Providing content and collaboration with tech writing team
- Consistently ensures that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures, and values
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or equivalent in related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Product management in the capacity of PM or PO, related experience in Business Analysis, Engineering, Product Marketing or Sales Engineering fields
- Ability to set and lead priorities efficiently
- Technical ability to lead project assignments with a wide range of complexity in various areas of knowledge.
- Consistent record of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving and general business judgment skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey thoughts and ideas across all levels of the organization
- Strong research capability with a curiosity about the competitive landscape
