🚨 We Are Hiring | QC & Product Development Engineer – Cenosphere
Petra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a technically strong and hands-on professional for our growing Cenosphere Division.
We are looking for candidates having strong exposure in QC testing, process understanding, machinery handling, audit management, and product development within powder/mineral processing industries.

👨💼 Reporting To: AGM
🎯 Experience: 2–5 Years
💰 Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000/month

🔬 Role Summary
The role focuses on quality control and development of cenosphere products with active involvement in process improvement, machinery understanding, grading optimization, and trial-based development.
Candidate should be comfortable working in both:
✔ Lab Environment
✔ Plant Environment
The candidate must have:
✔ Deep understanding of processing machinery and grading systems
✔ Hands-on QC testing experience
✔ Ability to handle QC/customer audits independently
✔ Strong process correlation & troubleshooting capability

🛠 Key Responsibilities
✔ Physical QC testing of cenosphere products
✔ Particle size, density & sinker analysis
✔ Product development & new grade trials
✔ Process improvement & grading optimization
✔ Understanding and monitoring of processing machinery
✔ Correlating machine/process parameters with product quality
✔ Handling customer audits and internal QC audits
✔ Maintaining audit documentation & compliance
✔ QC documentation & reporting
✔ Coordination with production & technical teams

🎓 Preferred Qualification
✔ B.E./B.Tech – Chemical Engineering
✔ Materials Engineering
✔ Ceramic Engineering
✔ Metallurgy / Mineral Processing
OR
✔ B.Sc./M.Sc. with strong physical QC testing experience
