Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gandhinagar for an Assistant Manager – CNG and O&M. The role involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of CNG equipment and stations while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The Assistant Manager will manage site operations, perform routine inspections, ensure maintenance schedules are adhered to, and troubleshoot technical issues. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, ensuring project deadlines are met, and adhering to established company protocols for quality assurance. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency is also expected.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in CNG equipment, operation, and maintenance processes
- Strong project management, planning, and time-management skills
- Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and protocols
- Proficiency in communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination
- Experience in team management and ability to lead diverse on-site teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Experience in the energy, CNG, or related sectors will be an advantage
