Jobwork Manager — Custo Gusto 📍 22-28k | On-site - Noida| Operations | Full-Time
We're hiring a Jobwork Manager to be the backbone of our production operations at Custo Gusto, a specialist embroidery business.
This is a hands-on coordination role — you'll be the link between our customers, production floor, digitizing team, and suppliers. If you're organised, communicate well, and take ownership of outcomes, this role is for you.
What you'll be doing:
🧵 Client Management — Handle all customer communication professionally, collect approvals at every stage of production, and make sure no order gets stuck waiting.
⚙️ Production Coordination — Plan timelines, assign jobs to the right machines, keep the floor moving, and send daily production updates to the team.
🎨 Digitizer Coordination — Brief the design team clearly, review files before production, and relay sharp, specific feedback when revisions are needed.
📦 Raw Material Management — Order threads and materials as soon as an order comes in, and stay on top of stock before it becomes a problem.
🚚 Dispatch & Delivery — Coordinate with porter services and ensure customers are informed about their orders.
📊 Ongoing Client Orders — Manage regular orders for a key client, keeping designs, threads, and variants accurate across every piece.
💼 IndiaMart Leads — Monitor, assess, and convert leads from IndiaMart into confirmed orders. There's an incentive tied to this.
📱 Content Documentation — Capture short behind-the-scenes videos on the production floor and share with our social media team.
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication skills — written and spoken
- Highly organised with the ability to track multiple orders at once
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools
- Proactive — you follow up, flag issues early, and get things done
- Prior experience in operations, production coordination, or a customer-facing role is a plus
You're doing well in this role when machines are always running, customers never have to chase you, and every order moves through on time with zero confusion.
