</div><div>Responsibilities<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:<ul>
<li>Bathing</li>
<li>Grooming</li>
<li>Dressing</li>
<li>Toileting</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Provide companionship and emotional support</li>
<li>Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment</li>
<li>Support client mobility and transfers as needed</li>
<li>Help clients remain comfortable, independent, and safe in their homes</li>
</ul><div><br></div><div>Qualifications & Skills<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Compassionate, attentive, and dedicated to providing quality care to geriatric clients</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Knowledge of caregiving best practices</li>
<li>Ability to assist with mobility and safely transfer/lift up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Reliable, professional, and able to work independently</li>
</ul><div>Requirements<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li>1–3 years of hands-on caregiving experience required</li>
<li>Ability to perform independently from day one</li>
<li>Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be 21 years of age or older to meet company insurance requirements for transporting clie</li>
