Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing weddings and social events.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, artists, and suppliers.
- Prepare event timelines, checklists, and budgets.
- Handle client communication and meeting coordination.
- Conduct venue visits and site inspections.
- Manage logistics, guest hospitality, and event operations.
- Source décor, gifting, and event-related materials.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams.
- Be present during events to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Perform administrative tasks and maintain event documentation.
Who We're Looking For- Excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working on weekends and late hours during events.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and social media is an added advantage.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle is preferred.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or any relevant field.
- 0–3 years of experience in event management or wedding planning (Freshers with the right attitude are welcome).
