About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented warehousing professional to lead and scale our B2B and multichannel fulfillment operations. This role requires strong ownership of warehouse processes, inventory accuracy, and team leadership, with a focus on delivering operational excellence and seamless order fulfillment across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage warehouse operations, with a strong focus on B2B order processing, dispatches and SLA adherence.
- Drive multichannel fulfillment ensuring SLA adherence, accuracy, and timely deliveries.
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules, prioritization, and order allocation across channels.
- Lead the entire B2B function, including bulk order handling, documentation, invoicing coordination, and dispatch planning.
- Manage kitting, bundling, and combo creation activities in line with business requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce TAT, errors, and operational costs.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure high productivity and performance standards.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and control through regular cycle counts, audits, and system reconciliation.
- Plan manpower allocation based on volume fluctuations and business priorities.
- Monitor KPIs, analyzed performance data, and drove continuous process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with logistics partners and internal stakeholders for smooth operations.
