Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ranjangaon, MIDC, Pune for an Assistant Warehouse Manager.
The Assistant Warehouse Manager will oversee daily operations within the warehouse, including stock control, inventory management, and ensuring smooth logistics processes.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing operational workflows, coordinating with other departments, maintaining accurate records, ensuring safety compliance, and optimizing warehouse efficiency. The role requires hands-on involvement in all aspects of warehouse operations to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Stock Control and Inventory Control
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Operations Management
- Hands-on experience with Forklift Operation and associated safety measures
- Proficient problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Understanding of safety regulations and warehouse compliance standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain industries is highly beneficial
