Assistant Video Producer

A growing consumer health care brand is looking for an Assistant Content Manager to manage end-to-end content production across brand and performance marketing needs. This role involves planning, scripting, coordinating shoots, and ensuring platform-optimised content for Reels, Shorts, Meta ads, and campaign assets while driving high-quality output within tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute content production for product, brand, and campaign requirements.
• Write/coordinate scripts, shot lists, and briefs for creators, in-house shoots, and production partners.
• Manage pre-production planning including props, locations, creators/talent, schedules, and approvals.
• Coordinate or direct shoot execution to ensure content aligns with brand standards.
• Manage post-production with editors (cuts, subtitles, formats, aspect ratios, final exports).
• Maintain an organised content repository for raw footage, final assets, scripts, and learnings.
• Create platform-fit storytelling for Reels, Shorts, and Meta placements with strong hooks and retention.
• Work with growth/performance teams to translate insights into better-performing content frameworks (UGC, product demos, social proof).
• Manage vendors, creators, budgets, and production timelines, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in content production for D2C/e-commerce/social-first brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of short-form video trends, storytelling, and content performance.
• Experience in shoot planning, creator coordination, and vendor management.
• Basic understanding of metrics like CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and watch time.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/Notion trackers and editing workflows
