About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, detail-driven Assistant Video Editor who can help us turn ideas into high-impact visual content. From campaign shoots to social media reels, you’ll help bring the Elvn Active story to life across digital platforms.
This is not just a support role, it’s an opportunity to grow with a brand that’s building aggressively in the D2C space.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist in assembling and organizing raw footage from brand shoots
Edit engaging short-form and long-form video content
Apply color correction and grading to maintain a strong brand aesthetic
Incorporate motion graphics, text overlays, and transitions
Optimize content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads, and website
Manage post-production workflows and meet tight deadlines
Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and creative teams
What We’re Looking For:
Proficiency in Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve
Working knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and digital-first content
Good aesthetic sense aligned with fashion / lifestyle branding
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai in a fast-paced startup environment
Prior experience in D2C, fashion, or social media content is a plus
Degree in Film / Media preferred (skills matter more than degrees)
