Job title- Assistant Vice President - Employee Benefits- Placement(Underwriting)

Job Summary/About the Role-The position will involve build and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders at the insurance companies.
Required Qualifications-A minimum of a bachelorโs degree in any stream
Post Graduation or MBA would be added advantage
Required Experience and skills-
- 12-15 years of experience in Insurance Company, Brokers in Insurer Relation Management role.
- Knowledge of EB products
- Have good time management skills.
- Be proficient in verbal and written English.
- Be a team leader
- Have service orientation.
- Have good negotiation & convincing skills
Key Responsibilities-
- The person will be responsible for handling placement Role for EB policies such as reviewing the RFP Received from RCS team and floating it in the market.
- Arranging competitive terms from the insurance companies.
- Preparing the QCR with due diligence and capturing all the terms and conditions.
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders for smooth handling of placement-related activities.
- Preparing the placement slip and closure of Saiba entries post closure of the policy
