🚨 We’re Hiring: AVP – Technology Recruitment |Navi Mumbai | URGENT
We are looking for an experienced AVP – Technology professional with strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills to join our team.
🔹 Experience Required:
- 12+ years of overall experience
- Currently at Senior Manager / AVP level
- Proven experience managing a team of 7–8 recruiters
- Managed 1500–2000 hires annually
🔹 Preferred Background:
Candidates from reputed organizations such as Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, IBM, HCL, or similar firms will be preferred.
🔹 Key Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Solid understanding of technology hiring
- Team leadership and people management
📍 Location: Mumbai (Candidates based in or originally from Mumbai preferred)
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate to 60 days
💰 CTC: ₹30–32 LPA
